Build portable AppC applications.

AppC packages ordinary web applications into a single portable artifact that can run in Application Console Desktop and compatible Web Runner hosts.

Pre-release toolchain.

The public @application-console/* packages are release-qualified but have not completed their first npm registry publication. The commands below are the stable candidate contract and become directly installable after the npm bootstrap release.

First-party Application Console apps use the same public SDK, CLI, package format and distribution contracts as third-party apps.
